To register and maintain a ph002 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

To use the ph002 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
The registration process requires you to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a mobile number registered in Bangladesh, your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, your date of birth, and a unique password of your choosing that meets the ph002 minimum security requirements.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are obligated to keep your Account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile banking account number, email address, or contact number — you must update them via Account settings or by contacting [email protected]. ph002 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Currency. All ph002 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, bets, and winnings are processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the ph002 platform to represent BDT amounts.
3.4 One Account Policy. A maximum of one Account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, per IP address, and per Mobile Financial Services account number. If ph002 identifies multiple Accounts associated with the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice and any Funds held in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. The original Account may also be reviewed and restricted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph002 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. ph002 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.
You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any bet placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested using your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of who physically initiated the action.
4.1 Unauthorised Access. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph002 immediately at [email protected]. ph002 will investigate reported incidents and may temporarily suspend the Account during the investigation period. ph002 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
4.2 Two-Step Verification. ph002 provides SMS-based two-step verification (2SV) for all Accounts. ph002 strongly recommends that all Players enable 2SV via their Account security settings. ph002 reserves the right to require 2SV before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.
4.3 Device Recognition. ph002 uses device recognition technology to flag unusual login activity. If a login is detected from an unrecognised device or location, ph002 may require additional verification before granting access.
ph002 accepts deposits via the following Mobile Financial Services platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ph002 may also accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other banking channels as listed in the Cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. 5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the ph002 platform is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ph002 at the platform level; however, individual MFS providers may impose their own daily transaction limits which are outside the control of ph002.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ph002 Account balance instantly or within a maximum of five minutes under normal operating conditions. 5.3 Deposit Fees. ph002 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your Mobile Financial Services provider or bank are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by ph002.

6.2 Processing Time. ph002 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes of submission during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, 24/7). During periods of high volume — such as BPL match days, IPL finals, or T20 World Cup events — processing times may extend to a maximum of 24 hours. ph002 will notify you via your registered contact details if a significant delay is anticipated.
6.3 Verification Requirement. ph002 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not previously completed the full KYC (Know Your Customer) process will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is approved. Documents required may include a National Identity Card, Passport, Selfie with ID, and proof of the Mobile Financial Services account used for deposits.
6.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. Withdrawals will only be made to a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in the same legal name as the ph002 Account. ph002 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus credits are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must be converted to real-money balances by meeting the applicable wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus balance.

7.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses issued by ph002 carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and deadline for completion are specified in the promotion detail page for each offer.
7.2 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per MFS account number. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different Accounts or different identities is a breach of these Terms and constitutes bonus abuse under Section 10.
7.3 ph002 Right to Withdraw Bonuses. ph002 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before a Player has met the associated wagering requirements, ph002 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, allow a proportionate period to complete wagering.
7.4 Promotional Terms Hierarchy. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of an individual promotion and the general bonus conditions in this Section, the specific promotion terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict only.
All sports bets placed on the ph002 platform are subject to the ph002 Sports Betting Rules, which govern the settlement, voiding, and payout of bets across all markets including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports offered at any given time.
8.1 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed and binding once the ph002 platform has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid, regardless of whether funds were deducted from your Account balance at the time of attempted placement.
8.2 Cricket Betting. ph002 offers pre-match, live in-play, and outright cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. All cricket bet settlements are governed by the official match results as published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). 8.3 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled, not the odds displayed at the time the bet slip was initiated. ph002 accepts bets at the confirmed odds only.
8.4 Maximum Payout. ph002 applies a maximum payout limit per event and per player per day. Maximum payout limits are published in the ph002 Sports Betting Rules. Bets that would result in payouts exceeding the stated limits will be settled at the applicable maximum payout amount.
8.5 Obvious Errors. ph002 reserves the right to void and refund bets that were accepted due to an obvious error in the posted odds — including but not limited to mis-priced markets, system errors, and data feed failures. ph002 will notify affected Players via their registered contact details in such circumstances.

ph002 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. ph002 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from: network outages, Bangladesh Standard Time synchronisation issues, third-party MFS provider outages (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), or events outside the reasonable control of ph002 including acts of God, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
All content on the ph002 platform — including but not limited to: the ph002 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, data feeds, odds displays, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of ph002 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph002 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. Upon termination of an Account for cause, any Funds held in the Account may be forfeited at ph002's discretion, subject to any applicable legal obligations to return funds. Bonus balances will be forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.

Upon Account closure at your request, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to your registered Mobile Financial Services account within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
